Sport Relief 2008 is all about challenge. Children around the world face serious challenges every day but you can help them reach their potential. Just take on a sporty challenge of your own, raise money while you do it and you’ll be helping other children to beat the challenges in their lives.

Comic Relief spends the money to help vulnerable people living incredibly tough lives both at home in the UK and in the world's poorest countries.
